Have current siblings hold a sign announcing, "I'm a Big Brother" or "I'm a Big Sister", take a snapshot and send to family and friends. It will not take them long to put it all together and give you a quick phone call of congratulations!

Make a shopping list for the grandparents-to-be consisting of all types of baby items. From diapers to onesies, when they look over the list they will soon realize the relevance of the items and your exciting news.

Design a coupon book filled with a variety of coupons. Hand them out accordingly. For grandparents use "Good for One New Grandbaby!" Wanted ads are an extension of this idea. At the bottom of each ad, include '"Position to begin" and follow with the expected due date.

Call a local radio station to announce the news to everyone at once. Follow it up with a request for a baby themed song such as The Supremes "Baby Love" or Amy Grant's "Baby Baby".
