Expecting more than one
You're Having Twins!! No doubt that when you found out you're having twins you were thrown for a serious loop. Who wouldn't be? After all, having one baby is thrilling enough. Now all of the sudden your baby excitement and fears have just doubled. So now that you're officially pregnant with twins-what do you do? First and foremost: Take a deep breath. Next, try talking to other women who are pregnant with twins. Sometimes nothing calms the soul better than commiseration. However, if you don't know anyone else who is expecting twins, below are a few other helpful suggestions.
- Groups for women expecting twins are in almost every city. Your obstetrician or local hospital should be able to point you in the right direction.
- Go online and start Googling! The Internet has a wealth of information.
- Go the book route. There are many excellent books out there on the subject of expecting twins. Check out your local library, bookstore or click on www.amazon.com.
